  1. The cash generated from the operations of a company, generally defined as revenues less all operating expenses, but calculated through a series of adjustments to net income. The OCF can be found on the statement of cash flows.  Operating cash flow is the cash that a company generates through running its business.

    Levered Free cash flow is the amount of cash available to stockholders after interest payments on debt are made. A company with a large amount of debt will have to spend more money on interest payments, which in turn will limit the amount of money that can be sent to stockholders in the form of dividends
