What is the difference between Annyong ha shimnikka and Ahnyong hasayo in Korean? ?

I am trying to learn how to say hello in Korean and have gotten both translations. I am wondering what the difference is between the two.

  1. Both are polite expressions, but Annyong ha shimnikka sounds more polite.  


  2. There really isn't any difference. They both mean the same thing. Just most people use ahnyong haseyo more than annyong ha shimnikka.

  3. As far as I remember from my Korean lessons, Annyong hashimnikka is politer than Annyong haseyo.
