What is the difference between: Black, Afro, N'igga, *****, Negroe, *******, and African-American?

As long as I know... Africa is a continent! Not all Africans are blacks,

Why do the Media uses that term to refer to black skinned people?

Afro means from African origin. *****/ Negroe/ ******/ negra/ schwarz/ all mean Black in different languages. African American.... I do not understand that term, never did. America is supposed to be a melting pot, so they should say they are American with African descent.  Why do you ask?
