  1. Blu ray has much better quality

  2. a Blu-ray holds around 50 gb compared to a DVD with 4.7 that means when they make the movie onto it they don't need to compress all the movie into 4.7 gb they have more room to work with giving you a high definition movie clearer picture  a DVD is thicker but a Blu-ray has a stronger clear coat making it harder to scratch. The lenses In a Bly-ray player is a different lenses it reads a closer read.

  3. i think bluray is high def

  4. hey! thanx for asking! i totally have no idea either. and whats disney dvd? just a disney movie on dvd innit? crazy disney folks

  5. Blu-Rays are in high definition and DVDs are not!

  6. Blue-Ray stores high-definition video.  A blue laser (technically violet) is used to read the disc and because of its narrower wavelength it can read and store much more data then the old red/near infrared DVD lasers.  In fact a dual layer Blue-ray disc can store about 50 GB of data or about six times what a typical dual layer DVD can store.  The more data per movie the better the visual and auditory experience for the viewer.
