  1. Republicans believe in favoring corporations, the rich elite, and privatization when if favors insiders who can can benefit from it.

Republicans do not believe in the Constitution and believe the ends justify the means.

Republicans tend to be more hypocritical.  Otherwise why do Republicans support borrowing money from China to buy oil from Saudi Arabia, and spend 10 billion dollars a month in Iraq..supporting companies like Blackwater and Haliburton with fraudulent no bid contracts.

Republicans believe some Americans count more than others.

Republicans believe its OK for insurance companies to

manage and limit access to health care.

Republicans believe in the Gilded Age.

Republicans believe in pre emptive war...under false pretenses

Republicans believe its OK to steal national elections.

    Republicans believe in torture.

And Republicans are on the wrong side of history.

  2. Well I think you should take the time to read the transcript of Bill Clinton's speech last night. I thought it brilliant.

I can't see how people support the Republican way.  I just can't.

I realize America is a republic, but democracy is what you need.

And Chis my dear...there is a word for that which Bill happened to use in his speech last night too....CRONYISM!!!!

(def: the practice of favoring one's close friends, esp. in political appointments)....now THAT is the Republican way!!

  3. I'll splain it to you, the way my daddy splained it to me.....Republicans are for the rich people, and the democrats are for us po folk!

  4. Democrats think and are interested in the well being of others.

Republicans want people to tell them what to think.

Democrats like a strong federal government and support federal programs.

Republicans say they prefer stronger state and local governments and less from the federal- but continually elect those into a federal position who don't do that.

    Dems believe in WE

    Repubs believe in ME

    we vs. me

Both have there negative sides and positive sides.  You just have to find what issues mean the most to you and find the people- no matter what party- that will support what you feel is important.

  5. these days, not much.

I used to like the JFK type democrats, but they went away.  I liked the Reagan type republicans also...but they're pretty much gone now too...the main republican party is now sacrificing their core values in the new platform they are writing so they don't 'embarrass' John McCain...ugh.

I guess I'm a minority, but I'd say I most closely identify with the Constitution Party and the Libertarians...look them up.  The D's and R's seem now to be mostly corrupt and intent on destroying this country through their own lust for power.

  6. democrats tell lies about republicans but republicans tell lies about democrats.. other than that there the same old story.

  7. One likes the color blue...the other, red.

  8. oh lord.... don't tell me that you don't know what the differences are...

    not a d**n thing really
