What is the difference between Firefox and Foxit? Can they both read pictures and PDF files?

I downloaded Foxit to read PDF files and it works great. Now I also need a program (that won't be too taxing on my ram) that will be able to open pictures I save from my e-mails and my cell phone. Thanks in advance! :)

  1. Firefox is a browser (like Internet Explorer or Safari), Foxit is a PDF reader (like Adobe Reader).

Windows Picture and Fax viewer should open your pictures just fine, and it's the default. But if you want to replace it, Irfanview is an excellent replacement. It's light, and has great functionality.
