What is the difference between Incurred and Ocurred?

I really want the definition for Incurred. I get this word a lot in Accounting! And want to know the difference, so I am able to understand what it means. Thank you! (((((((((((hugs))))))))))))

Incur means to acquire or take onto one's self, like "I've incurred a lot of credit card debt"

Occur means to happen or to take place, like "At what time did the event occur?"
