  1. LLM IS A MASTERS DEGREE IN LAW. IT IS EQUIVALENT TO AN MSc OR MA, WHEREAS THE LPC IS A VOCATIONAL COURSE, WHICH MUST BE TAKEN IN ORDER TO PRACTICE LAW AS A SOLICITOR.
