  1. I think the above answer is correct, since some applications consider VNC as a virus or trojan. :Logmein you can access from any where, so that will be better

  2. The services are pretty similar. I, however, would never use LogMeIn, as anything you do goes through LogMeIn's servers when you use it. With VNC, it doesn't. LogMeIn's a bit easier to use, but I'd never take ease of use over security myself.

Edit: Should've looked harder - it seems that LogMeIn often sets stuff up for peer to peer traffic. Still, it might be better to have a system you can manage yourself, depending on what you want. And I'd prefer not to have a chance that anything I'm typing goes through a third party's server.

  3. James C is scaremongering. LogMeIn sets up the conection via its servers, then drops out once a connection is established. I use it regularly, but I can't rate the other product.

I'd be surprised if anything negotiates firewalls, routers, etc. as smoothly and dependably as LogMeIn. Their Free product is genuinely free too.

  4. i think logmein is better

easier and more free i mean you cant get such a good service from VNC for free
