  1. Much of the benefit of an MBA program is the interaction you have with other students, not only in class but on projects, presentations, field assignments etc.  You simply can't get the same quality in an online program.  As MBA alumni, you have a lifelong group with which to network and gain support--also much less available online.

I would fully investigate not only onlne vs. regular program, but also the quality of either in determining whether you should attend.  Sometimes lower-end degrees are not really accepted in the marketplace or don't give you any premium--the exception is if you have extensive experience already in the industry, and you want to stay geographically in the same area.  Many employers in the San Francisco Bay area have "blackballed" Univ of Phoenix graduates, for instance, because they don't believe that the degree is equivalent to what they are seeking in someone with an MBA.

If you are staying basically with the same company in the same location and want to move up, your course makes sense and might be worth the investment.  Otherwise, please reconsider the online very carefully!

  4. nothing except how you earn the degree.

  5. 40.000 dollars

  6. I'm sure the quality of education from a regular school is MUCH better than online courses. You would get more hands on experience that way than if you did online courses only.

  7. There is no difference because when you graduate your diploma will look like any other diploma. Understand most Colleges and Universities not only offer classes on-campus but online as well. Your diploma will not read Online. But make sure the school you decide to attend is accredited. Have a great day!

  8. "Regular" schools have accreditation that are recognized by others; be careful about which "school" might be offering on-line degrees.  If you can get an MBA from an accredited institution, then it should be the same as the regular degree from that same institution.  People in the know are usually looking for degrees from schools they "know" so be careful to pick an institution with a reliable reputation or it might not help you get the kind of job you want.

  9. No difference if the on-line program is from a recognized and accredited university. You earn the MBA degree, not an on-line MBA or in-class MBA. Be careful, however, because there are many MBA programs, on-line and otherwise, that have little or no value.
