  1. I think most times people use a valve in conjunction with b tanks that will use oxygen from the ambient air so you will not need an oxygen tank to go along with it.It's also larger than mc tank.An mc tank fits the smaller oxygen/acetlyene rigs.


  2. Strictly size.  MC tanks are smaller and more portable.

  3. Mc is a smaller tank by volumn than the B tank. Acetlynene comes in several tank sizes. The Mc is handy for on sight small jobs. B tank will last longer because it holds more Acetlynene.
