  1. The one in Malaysia serves up nuggets made from dog.

    You know....dog nuggets.


  2. Pretty much nothing. Maybe a few different things on the menu, but the normal meals would be the same.

  3. I don't think there is a difference.  McDonalds' is the same everywhere. If they changed anything, it wouldn't be a genuine McDonalds'.

  4. I avoid McDonalds. It is a US multinational.

  5. the workers there would probably speak in Malaysian
