  1. Pinkgin, lemme introduce Urself to the harsher facts of life though we belive Law of gravitation is harshest...it breaks the neck f even the most amicable person on earth if he fails to heed it for even a second.................

Demand for a certain good is willingness to pay for it, backed by the ability to pay.....

Mr. Axel needs physio-therapy, but he might not have the ability to pay that outrules willigness too(it's 2 expensive for him 2 choose it  because ther r things more eeded than the therapy if his children hav to go without food)

Yet Mr. Axel might Want(technically he might not want the thing he needs most-adverse choice)  physio-therapy his needs might make it essential for treatment but simply b'coz it's current price is above what he could afford he can not demand it!

well this is true for any system of rationing---price time , quantity but mr. axel could afford and demand acc to his needs more in other choice. we r considered in most efficient allocation of resurces where ther r notions of pareto optimality or simply in how goods get rationed since even revealing needs is another well complicated issue DEMAND is most important in market economics. off course in socio-economics a certain section studies this problem in choice theory but as u might hav noticed most of it is outside our present scope of analysis(this answer)..
