What is the difference between Qdoba, Chipotle, & Moe's?

Moe's once gave the flaming moe

Qdoba is spelled q-d-o-b-a.   While chipotle is spelled c-h-i-p-o-t-l-e and finally moe's is spelled m-o-e-'-s.  Thats pretty much the only differences in these words.
