What is the difference between Rock Band and Rock Band Track Pack?

What can you do on RB that you can't do on RB:Track Pack? Can you still make characters, play multiplayer, do world tours? What are the differences? I'm trying to get a RB or RB:TP for a PS2 so please help!

Rock band has all the songs it starts out with, however for xbox 360, since thats the system i have it for, every tuesday they come out with new songs to buy of xbox live, and some games can't do that like the wii or ps2 so they made a track pack 1 that has some of the songs they came out with...


  2. Just different songs and I think the track pack has less of them. But the track pack is cheaper....
