  1. Spaghetti are shaped like a cord and noodles are like a ribbon.

it all depends on the taste, the recipe  and the sauce that is used on them , noodles also can be served with tomato sauce like a Bolognese  but mostly they are served with a creamier sauce , like Alfredo or if you are having Linguine with a Clam sauce.

  2. the pasta dough is the same

spaghetti is extruded along with all the macaroni's

Noodles are rolled flat in a machine and cut to size

any fancy variations are art work

  3. Italian pasta are usually made with semolina flour, whereas "noodles" are usually Asian recipe products made with rice flour or some other kind of flour...

Technically, a noodle is any kind of extruded food product made from a homogenized mixture of unleavened dough that is formed, dried, and then boiled to cook it.

  4. spaghetti is a form of noodles/pasta.  just like angle hair, lasagna,  spiral,  elbow, etc.

  5. one is pasta one isn't one is noodles, they dont taste the same as they are made from different igredients - not so baffling - ha!

  6. A noodle is made from unleavened dough that has been shaped into thin flat strips or round cylinders and cooked in a boiling liquid.

Under Italian law, dry pasta can only be made from durum wheat or semolina flour. Durum flour has a yellow tinge in color. Italian pasta is traditionally cooked al dente (Italian: "to the tooth", meaning not too soft). Abroad, dry pasta is frequently made from other types of flour (such as farina), but this yields a softer product, which cannot be cooked al dente.
