  1. Vegetarians don't eat flesh or slaughter byproducts (foods that animals had to die for.)  They may or may not include dairy and eggs (foods from living animals.)

Vegetarianism *can* be just a dietary choice, but some vegetarians extend it to a lifestyle by not wearing leather or fur, for example.

Vegans do not eat, use, wear or otherwise consume anything of animal origin whatsoever (to the extent that that's possible.)  Veganism implies a moral concern for animals, although there are reasons beyond ethics why someone would choose it.  Whereas vegetarianism may be just a diet choice, veganism is a lifestyle.  Vegans don't eat flesh, slaughter byproducts, dairy, eggs or honey and they don't wear leather, suede, fur, down, feathers, silk, wool or pearls.  We source toiletries, cosmetics and other consumer goods that are made with no animal ingredients and without animal testing.  We do not support industries that exploit animals for human entertainment, like circuses or rodeos.

  2. Vegetarians eat dairy and eggs, but don't eat meat or any other animal products. Vegans don't eat anything what so ever from animals.

  3. Vegetarians - Dont eat meat

vegan - dont eat dairy products

    x :D

  4. vegetarians will eat animal products, basically anything w/ out meat & vegans don't eat ANY animal products. i'm like in the middle

  5. i think vegetarian is the person..vegan is the kind of food...i could be wrong though...no not a stupid question :)

  6. Vegetarians are people who dont eat meat :) but they drink milk, eat yogurt and cheese and other dairy products.

Vegans are also people who dont eat meat but they also dont eat eggs, dairy products or anything that came from an animal.

Oh and there is something called a Pescetarian and they are people who have a similar diet to vegetarians but  they eat fish and chicken. No other meats.

    I hope I helped :)

  7. vegatarians dont eat and meat but maybe exept fish, and egans dont eat any dairy or any type of things that come from animals at all.

  8. vegetarians dont eat meat (some include seafood as a meat some don't) while vegans dont eat any byproduct of an animal such as dairy and eggs and such. its a lot harder to be a vegan because you have to check all the ingredients in the food to make sure nothing such as eggs and milk were used
