What is the difference between Wobblers disease and Wobblers Syndrome ?

My vet thinks my 5 yr. old great dane might have it and i am trying to find out as much as i can.

  1. They are the same thing.  

    It is a little clumsiness or subtle lack of coordination due to compression of the spinal cord, whether because of misaligned or malformed vertebrae or some other problem.  It causes the distinctive "wobble" of wobbler
