What is the difference between a 10° driver and a 13° driver?

The loft.  But what does this mean, you're asking?  Traditionally speaking, a club with less loft (10 degrees in this example) is a bit harder for beginners to hit.  The benefits of less loft mean that the ball will travel farther, however.  Therefore, the 10 degree driver may be a bit harder to hit, but it will travel a farther distance off the tee.  I hope this is helpful.

The difference between a 10 loft and 13 loft is that if you took both of the clubs and hit them both perfect at there actual loft the 13 loft will go a lot higher then the shot if you had a 10 loft.

Assuming that the shafts are identical, the lesser lofted driver, the 10 degree, will magnify your tendency to hook or slice. The higher lofted driver will lessen that tendency but will give you less distance, not a lot less but your percentage of fairways hit should be better than with the lower lofted driver.
