What is the difference between a 2 yr Contract at the ATT store and a 2 yr Contract for ATT through Walmart?

I have found that you can get the LG VU through Walmart.com for free. I am really thinking about getting it through Walmart.com instead of at the ATT Store. Are there any downfalls to signing a two year contract through Walmart rather than through ATT??

none - a two year contract is just that, whether it is through the company, or their agent.

Nope they are all the same just different "vendors" . It just depends on who you want to give the commission to.

I use Verizon and they are in Wal-mart as well and I asked the same question.

They also might run different specials

no, theyre the same. if you want to get the free phone (from any place) you need to buy out your contract, and sign up for a new one. its going to cost you the cost of your buy out no matter where you get it.
