All other things being equal, the difference is the level of development.  A six month premature baby is not fully developed.  If it survives it will require massive medical intervention and will have a high probability of permanent damage.  A nine month, full term baby will require no medical intervention to survive.  


  4. Since life begins at conception and both these babies are viable human beings, I see no difference.
