  1. Biosphere - is the part of the earth's crust, waters, and atmosphere that supports life or one may say it is the ecosystem comprising the entire earth and the living organisms that inhabit it  

    Biophysical environment is the biosphere and all the interrelationships in that ecosystem. Within an ecosystem there are many habitats for the life that exists and within the biosphere there are many ecosystems ( desert, aquatic etc).

    Take a look at this site. It explains it fairly well. It discusses both biosphere and biophysical environment.
