  1. A dictatorship is a form of government which involves being governed by a dictator. Fascism is a political ideology which usually has the elements of a dictatorship and totalitarianism  which  means the state or nation (all comes down to the dictator) regulates public life and private life.

  2. there isn't much of a difference in praticality...a dictatorship refers more towards the actual person leading (one)....fascism is extreme ideology to put it loosely....totalitarianism is broad dominance...or "total" dominance.....while forcing wills on the society....they all go hand-in-hand
