  1. fruits have seed and vegetable doesn't.

so like tomatoes&avacado they're really fruits

and people say that bananas dont have seed

but they do if you cut i in the middle you can see black seed

thats how they make poppyseed muffins (:

  2. Fruits are the means by which flowering plants disseminate seeds With most cultivated fruits, pollination is a vital part of fruit culture, and the lack of knowledge of pollinators and pollenizers can contribute to poor crops or poor quality crops. In a few species, the fruit may develop in the absence of pollination/fertilization, a process known as parthenocarpy. Such fruits are seedless. A plant that does not produce fruit is known as a carpous, meaning "without fruit".BUT VEGETABLE IS TOTALLY CHANGE FROM IT   .In general, vegetables are regarded by cooks as being suitable for savory or salted dishes, rather than sweet dishes, although there are many exceptions, such as pumpkin pie.

Some vegetables, such as carrots, bell peppers (or Capsicum as they are known in Australia) and celery, are eaten either raw or cooked; while others, such as potato, are traditionally eaten only when cooked Vegetables are eaten in a variety of ways, as part of main meals and as snacks. The nutritional content of vegetables varies considerably, though generally they contain a small proportion of protein and fat, and a relatively high proportion of vitamins, pro vitamins, dietary minerals, fiber and carbohydrates.

  3. fruit is nicer than vegetable

  4. A fruit is a plant ovary/womb. The fruit of a plant contain the seeds of a plant. Vegetables are essentially everything else: seeds (peas and beans), stems (asparagus), leaves (lettuce and, spinach), flowers (broccoli and cauliflower), and roots (carrots and potatoes).

Nuts are tree seeds. Peanuts are a variety of beans. Peas and beans are vegetables. Peas in the pod are fruit. String beans, the green bean pod and the beans inside, are fruit.

Tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon, and squash are fruit. Some fruit, however, does not contain real seeds. Few varieties of bananas contain seeds. Strawberries have the seeds on the outside.

  5. The technical definition of a fruit is the (often fleshy) part of a plant that surrounds the seeds. By this definition, tomatoes, apples, pumpkins, eggplants, squashes, rose hips, peppers, peapods, cucumbers, and corn kernels are all fruits. All other edible plant parts are considered vegetables. Lettuce, carrots, and spinach are examples of vegetables.

The popular definitions of fruit and vegetable are somewhat different from the technical definitions. Most people categorize "vegetables" as foods that are eaten as part of a meal's main course and "fruits" as foods that are eaten for dessert or as a snack.

  6. fruits have seeds either inside or, in the case of one of them, on the outside (strawberries).

Small correction to someone elses remarks; poppy seeds come from the poppy plant.  They aren't the small black seeds found in bananas.

    Cheers
