  1. A half dozen dozens is six dozens, or 6x12 which is 72.

Six dozen of something is 6x12, or 72... so six dozen dozen is 72 dozen, or 864! (6x12x12).

In other words, the DIFFERENCE between a half dozen dozens and six dozen dozens is 792 of whatever you're counting; 864-72, or 66 dozen, if you're keeping track. :o)

  2. well, a dozen is 12, so six in one half dozen in the other. same thing.

  3. there isnt????????? half a dozen is 6

a dozen is 12 and a bakers dozen is 13

  4. Six of one, half dozen of the other...lol...

Your English is very bad, dear.  I have never heard of "dozen dozens"...

    However, a dozen is 12

    A half dozen is 6

    A "baker's dozen" is 13

  5. Stupid ?  Same thing

  6. Are we talking about a regular dozen or a baker's dozen.

    Just kidding

I have no idea, sounds to me like they are the same.

  7. 36

    6 Dzn Dzns = 72 - 6 Dzns = 36.

  8. 1/2 dozen = 6

    six dozen = 6x12 = 72

  9. a half dozen dozens = (12/2) * 12 or 72

    six dozen dozens = 6*12*12 or 864

    So the difference is 792.

I don't understand why you would ask this...

Perhaps you were trying to be tricky, but your wording got screwed up?

  10. there is no difference

  11. nothing why?

  12. first one is 72 second one is 864.

  13. 6 dozens 12x6

    or six dozen dozens 6x12x12

    yes, huge difference
