  1. Nothing really. Just same thing as som1 calling his dog bingo and another calling his dicko.


  2. I answered this question last week. Members of the Commonwealth have High Commissions between each other and all others have Embassies. In reality there are no differences but constitutionally a High Commission is a representative of the Queen. I am a solicitor

  3. An embassy is the highest level of foreign mission representing a country's interests in a host country.  A high commission is similar to an embassy, but represents one Commonwealth's interests in another Commonwealth country.
