VIP in anything means top of the line meaning you going to spend more money than a average lap dance....i seen your mom and sister ....one in the VIP section....the other one giving a lap dance to a preacher......

i think its self explanitory...lap dance is a lap dance and a VIP lap dance is one which is gonna be more private and cost more money

It's the same dance you'll get at the table. It's just going to cost you twice as much.

Usually the difference is that a normal lap dance happens at the table and a VIP lap dance happens in a VIP or Champagne room. The latter is more private.

There is also contact and no contact which I think is fairly self explanatory.
