  1. google is an amazing tool try and use it some time and you will understand

  2. Meteor - shooting star, a 'space rock' that flies into the earth's atmosphere an lights up.

Meteorite - a meteor that makes it to the ground, creating a crater sometimes. It's the rock on the ground from space.

Asteroid - asteroids are large space rocks that orbit the sun. We have an asteroid belt that lies between, I think, Mars and Jupiter. Some people consider Pluto to be an asteroid because its so small. Basically space rocks again, but large, and moving in defined orbits.

Comet - another space rock, though mostly ice, that orbits in and out of the solar system. Whenever they come close to the sun they melt and a large cloud of water vapour trails behind them, hence the tail.

They are all kind of 'space rocks'. (ice for comets)

  3. A meteor is a meteoroid that is entering the Earth's atmosphere, and if it makes it through and lands on the surface, it becomes a meteorite.

A comet is a ball of ice circuling the sun in an eliptical pattern. They come from the Oort cloud that's outside of our solar system.

An asteroid is an object revolving around the sun that is too small to be considered a planet. Normally, they are found between Mars and Jupiter in the asteroid belt.

  4.   A meteor is a hunk of junk flying through space.

A meteorite a hunk of junk crashing into the earth.

An asteroid a rocky entity big enough to take a spherical shape.

A comet,a conglomeration of rocky material and ice and other volatile matter in a highly elliptical orbit around the sun that becomes visible as it approaches the sun and some of it's volatile material evaporates

  5. Asteroids are big chunks of solid mass found in the sky between planets..These are the ones that failed to become planets during the big bang.

Meteors are comparitively smaller and a meteorite is a meteor that has entered the earth ..Its also called the falling star.

Comet is  gaseous and is continously moving in space..

Onething about space is that since there is no friction in space, any body in rest continues to be in rest forever and nething in motion continues to be in motion forever. If somebody throws you out of a spaceship you will  be moving forever in space.Comets are forever moving objects,You cannot make them stationary you can only change their direction.
