What is the difference between a poke and a bang?

friends where talking about what they prefered and i dont no what the difference is please help?

  1. Well when I use the terms I'm preferring a poke as a quickie(enjoyable and just as affective). And a bang is when you hit it hard and long time( I prefer the bang).
