What is the difference between a political attach and a cultural attach?

Perhaps you mean "attack" rather than "attach"? Politics has to do with power whereas culture has to do with meaning making. A political attack would be an attack based on the use of power whereas a cultural attack would be based on how to make meaning out of something. Of course, there is no reason why a cultural attack couldn't be about power nor a political attack be about meaning making and so they can always become intertwined.
