  1. Yes- Spectre is an ethereal representation of human/animal which look supernatural or frightening. Meaning it can be a ghost in many forms man, women, child or animal or a frightening apparition. Shade has the same meaning and properties.

    Hamlet sees the "Shade of his Father" which meant there was a reason he was haunting the earth and not at peace.
