What is the difference between a regular degree and a Honors degree?

I accidentally applied for an honors degree for a bachelor of arts. What is the difference lol?

  1. LOL!  You'll find out soon enough!  You can graduate with honors which is based on having a GPA of 3.0 or higher.  Summa *** laude honors for a 4.0, magna *** laude for a 3.5, and *** laude for a 3.0 GPA.


  2. I depends on the school.  Your school probably has academic advisors.  I'd make an appointment with one of them to find out.

    Sometimes honors simply requires a certain GPA, but sometimes it requires particular classes or a thesis paper.

  3. You will  have a much higher work load and the subjects will be more difficult.
