  1. Reprint is a copy of an autograph photo. Basically someone got an autograph and made some copies of it through a copier

    Preprinted is that the auto is printed on there while the picture is being printed. The photo was probably scanned and printed out that way

    Kind of the same thing but just worded differently. I don't think either is really more than the other


  2. reprinted- the person signed one pierce of paper and they but it through a scanner and mass produced it!

    preprinted- the autograph is printed on the picture while the paper is being printed(not compied)

    preprinted is much more high quality because it was done by hand, no a printer.
