  1. Well the theme is the broad idea in a story. The key ideas are the main ideas. The key concepts are the general ideas that are inferred in the story.

  2. Have you been to a theme park?

That might help you figure out 'theme.'

The idea behind the theme park was a key idea, because it resulted in a key concept, which resulted in the theme park.

Let's look at it the other way.

Walt had an idea to make a world full of fun for all people everywhere. A key idea.

He told others his idea, and as he spoke, it became a key concept: he said there would be a tomorrow land, a fantasy land, an old-time Main Street, roller coasters inside mountains, waterfalls, Mickey, etc etc etc.

This, with all the money collected by advertising Walt's key concept and from his revenues collected on cartoons of Mickey, etc. etc., became Disneyland, the king of 'theme' parks.

    Is that clear enough?

  3. Obviously, this is a homework question.  You need to do your own homework, rather than getting other people to do it for you.
