What is the difference between a tippmann X7 with E-Grip vs the X7 without E-Grip?

I dont know if E grip is worth it or just a luxury, does the Tippmann X7 without e-grip have a semi-auto and Automatic feature or is it just semi-auto?(without egrip)

e-grip means elctronic grip

this gun comes with an electronic stock board, which allows u to shoot full auto and burst as well as other modes.

without e-grip

its just semi auto
