  1. In most areas you can make a right-hand turn after stopping at a red light.  The "no turn on red" sign specifically forbids turning after the stop.

  2. Stop here on red means just that stop here when the light it red. You can turn right, if it is clear.  No turn on red means you cannot turn when the light is red.

  3. "Stop here on Red" means you must stop your car at the white designated line but you are free to turn right on red when traffic from the left allows it.  "No Turn on Red" is pretty self explanatory: You cannot turn your car on red even if the left side of traffic is clear.  Hope this helps!

  4. One that shows you where to stop on red does not prohibit you from turning right on red.

  5. "Stop here on red" is just that, an indication of where to stop. usually due to left turning vehicles requiring to "cut inside" on the turn they make and also to allow for pedestrian traffic. It is just a line that you should not pass whe stopping at the red light. The other is to let you know that the "right turn on a red light" is not allowed. Most jurisdictions allow a right turn when your light is red, once you have come to a full stop and are sure it is safe to proceed.

  6. stope here means "Just stop before the line"

No turn on red means "Dont turn right when the light is red"

  7. "Stop here on Red" means to stop and either wait for the light to turn green or yield to the other cars.  "No turn on red" means you cannot make a turn regardless.

  8. Stop here on red is indicating where you should stop. No turn on red means that you can't turn until the light turns green.

  9. Stop here in red means DO NOT go past the line indicated by the sign.

No turn on red means you cannot turn until the light is green.

There are intersections where you have to fully stop at the line and then you can turn on red when it's safe.
