It seems as though a man w***e is more accepted than a female w***e. Like his buddies admire him for "getting all the chicks". I'm taking your question within the context of someone being a playa.

I don't use that kind of word for either males or females who have a lot of s*x or even for those who get paid for having s*x. I don't think that s*x is wrong nor that getting paid for it is wrong.

I also very much dislike the man-god religions today that condemn women who like s*x or who have a lot of s*x. Let every adult have as much s*x as they want to as long as they use contraception to prevent pregnancies.  The man god religions too often put women in second class citizenship just because they are not males and this type of name calling for women who have s*x is just one example.
