What is the difference between altruism, nationalism and patriotism?

The word altruism means; the principle or practice of unselfish concern for or devotion to the welfare of others.  Nationalism is national spirit or aspirations of one countries spirit of being a nation, while patriotism is devoted love, support, and defense of one's country; and national loyalty.

    Nationalism is me putting my country first, before others.

    Patriotism is me esteeming my country highly.
