  1. amplitude is the volume of the sound ....  how loud is it , and pitch is related to the fequency....   low tone or high tone

those are the differences ....  similiarities .... I cant think in none

  2. pitch is a characteristics of the wave which is related to the frequency

while amplitude is as always known the max displacement from the mean position in any wave

the pitch and amplitude can be actually distinguished in sound waves of girls and boys

boys have a higher amplitude as they can shout louder

but girls have a lower amplitude and higher pitch as their voice is more shriller and has that more of treble part of music

amplitude is more like the bass and pitch like the shrillness or treble of a music

  3. Pitch refers to frequency. Hopefully, you've grasped the difference between amplitude and frequency since you're studying waves.

  4. amplitude of the sound waves would affect the loudness of the sound. the pitch however is affected by the frequency of sound waves. a higher frequency of sound waves would result in a higher pitch sound.

  5. Amplitude is how loud the sound is.  Pitch (or frequency) is how high or low the note is.

  6. Amplitude is the magnitude of change in the oscillating variable, with each oscillation, within an oscillating system. For instance, sound waves are oscillations in atmospheric pressure and their amplitudes are proportional to the change in pressure during one oscillation.

Pitch is the perceived fundamental frequency of a sound. pitch is music.

  7. Amplitude = amplify (loudness or volume) thus the amplifier.

Pitch is tone, high or low = A high C# or a low Bflat.
