I don't know which snake is the best but i googled them and i would get the brazilian one cuz that kind is WAY prettier!!

care is basically the same. behaviors are basically the same. brazilians are  way prettier but pictures cant show you how much more iridescent colombians are over brazilians. thats basically it. colombians are  cheaper as well.

the colombian is brown in color and the brazilian is a pretty red color. i think these are the only differences
