  1. I believe animal welfare is when you care for the animal's welfare. This is the moral stance that using animals is okay as long as they live in healthy conditions/livable.

    Animal rights is when the animal has the same/similar rights as you. This is the moral stance that it isn't okay. None of it is okay.


  2. Animal welfarists are free to eat meat and use animal products, if the animals were well-treated. Animal rights believers do not do these things.
