Psychologists study emotions, perception, intelligence, consciousness, and the relationship between these phenomena and processes and the work of the glands and muscles. Psychologists are also interested in diseased or disordered mental states, and some psychologists provide therapy for individuals. Psychology studies an individual's mind and behavior and all the factors that develop a person into who he/she is.  Anthropology is the study of an entire culture and their ways of life (religious practice, gender roles, family structure, etc).
