  1. blue eyes are just blue (or can have greyish or greenish) ans hazel can vary around golden, greenish-brown, and honey colored

  2. Blue eyes are.... well... BLUE.

Hazel eyes are a combination of brown, green and sometimes yellow.

  3. blue eyes are blue

and hazel eyes are a light brown; that often has hints of other colors in it (most commonly green, blue, yellow, etc.)

  4. Blue eyes are blue and hazel are a mix between brown and green. Lol! =D

  5. Blue is blue and hazel is a green color.

  6. Blue eyes are blue and hazel are

    sort of a brownish green.

  7. Blue eyes has less melanin ( brown pigment ) in the iris causing them to be blue.

Hazel eyes has more melanin than blue eyes but less melanin than brown eyes causing them them to cast a lighter shade of brown, plus the hazel eyes that has a lot of yellow in them casts them as a golden shade, the hazel eyes that has a lot of green in them casts them either as a mixture of hazel-green or a deep shade of forest green.

Eyes that don't have any melanin is albino eyes either in a bright shade of pink or deep rosy pink or scarlet red or coral red.

  8. Blue = blue, and hazel = light brownish/greenish

  9. Blue is blue, and hazel is like a light brown color usually with some green or occasionally blue in it. By the way: Don't feel stupid, I didn't used to know the difference either.
