What is the difference between chapter 78 & chapter 13? Which is better?

you dont want to do either. Chapter seven means you have to give up everything you have that is liquid and you start back at zero in a hole that you cant dig out of.... chapter 13 is kind of the same thing where you are put on a strict payment plan to pay off your creditors... my sugestion is to get a second or third job and start paying the creditors off.
