  1. Cement (Portland Cement) is a powder that is mixed with water to create a paste used as a bonding agent.

    Concrete is a mixture of fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate (washed rock), cement, (optionally flyash, slag or silica fumes) and various admixtures (to achieve different results depending on job). It is used as a construction material, typical uses you would of probably seen are Basement Floors, Walls, Walkways (Sidewalks), Roads, Airport Runways, Stairs, etc.

    Depending on your climate and usage you may need concrete with different types of cement (Type 10, Type 50, etc...) and admixtures (Air entrainment, Retarder, Waterproofing, etc.). If you post more information, I will be able to guide you further towards what you may need.
