  1. Creativity (or "creativeness") is a mental process involving the generation of new ideas or concepts, or new associations of the creative mind between existing ideas or concepts.

innovativeness:  in·no·va·tive·ness, noun, tending to innovate or characterized by innovation.

The two words can nearly be used interchangeably and have no true difference, other than creativity can be found in any walk of life, whereas innovativeness tends to relate with business, commerce, and industry, but could also be applied toward science and learning.
