  1. Decision-making is merely making a decision. It can be done with or without critical thinking.

    Critical thinking is a thought process consisting of a lot of details such as analysis and evaluation to reach the proper outcome.

    So to say, decision making is simply making decisions, with or without critical thinking. Whereas, critical thinking is thinking based analytically and with deep evaluation to reach the outcome of the decision.
