  1. Since you asked this on the food and drink section in the Nonalcohol page...I would guess it has something  to do with how they hold their coffee cups, or whether they take sugar or cream....Right?

  3. Normal delegates (also called pledged) are required to vote for the candidate based on the state laws on the primary or caucus voting (some do all for the winner, some split by percentage of vote, some do by county). Either way, they must vote according to the people's voice.

    Super delegates are appointed by the democratic national convention and its chair people. They can vote however they please, regardless of how their state's primary turned out.
