What is the difference between deleting and rejecting a message from a moderated member?

  1. With deleting the message you just delete it without having to give an explanation, but with the "reject" button it will show up in the message heading that the message was rejected by saying something like "message #1123" was rejected and then when the person opens it they will find a note from the moderator or owner.


  2. When a pending message is deleted, it is deleted without sending a notice to the member who posted it.  

    When moderator rejects a pending message, a page comes up for the moderator to explain why it was rejected.  Then this is sent to the member who posted it.
