  1. IN SHORT, NO. THE LLM IS A MASTERS DEGREE IN LAW, THE EQUIVALENT TO AN MSc OR AN MA IN A DIFFERENT SUBJECT.

    THE LPC, IS THE LEGAL PRACTICE COURSE, AND IS A VOCATIONAL COURSE DIRECTED TOWARDS THE KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICAL AND SKILLS NEEDED IN ORDER TO ENTER PRACTICE. YOU MUST I REAPEAT MUST OBTAIN THE LPC, BEFORE BEING ABLE TO PRACTICE AS A SOLICITOR.
